Axians Portugal is seeking a Securities Issuance Officer to join our financial markets team. You will prepare documentation, validate templates, and maintain issuance databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with legal, operations and business partners to execute issuance activities, support market authorities and exchanges, and contribute to process improvements and automation, while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualificações

• Experience in securities issuance or capital markets.
• Knowledge of stock market products and regulatory documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stay organized.
• Experience with regulatory and legal document control.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and manage documentation related to securities issuances, including final terms and supporting documents.
• Review and validate documentation generated by internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved legal templates.
• Monitor and maintain securities issuance databases and related documentation repositories.
• Support administrative and regulatory formalities with market authorities, financial agents, exchanges, and clearing systems.
• Manage events affecting securities issuances, including corporate actions, adjustments, notices, and related updates.
• Collaborate closely with legal, operational, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of issuance activities.
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives and support projects focused on improving efficiency and automation.
• Ensure the timely validation and completion of issuance activities according to operational deadlines.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Securities Issuance Officer to join a dynamic environment within the financial markets sector. You will play a key role in supporting securities issuance processes, maintaining data accuracy, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis

• Prepare and manage documentation related to securities issuances, including final terms and supporting documents.

• Experience working in demanding, deadline-driven environments.
