You will ensure data quality, manage data lifecycle processes, and act as a key contact for stakeholders involved in client data management.

The role involves daily data quality controls, coordinating with multiple teams, and assisting with data certifications.

Qualificações

• Manage the lifecycle of Third Party and Business Group records, including the registration and update of legal entities and business groups.
• Perform daily data quality controls and corrections, ensuring consistency and accuracy across referential systems.
• Support users and stakeholders regarding data management processes and system usage.
• Manage user jurisdictions and access rights, including user onboarding and process guidance.
• Prepare and contribute to data quality certifications in accordance with established local processes.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Junior Client Data Administration Officer to support the management and maintenance of third-party and business group data across referential systems. You will be responsible for ensuring data quality, managing data lifecycle processes, performing controls and corrections, and acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders involved in client data management.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Manage the lifecycle of Third Party and Business Group records, including the registration and update of legal entities and business groups.
• Perform daily data quality controls and corrections, ensuring consistency and accuracy across referential systems.
• Support users and stakeholders regarding data management processes and system usage.
• Manage user jurisdictions and access rights, including user onboarding and process guidance.
• Prepare and contribute to data quality certifications in accordance with established local processes.
