Qualificações

JUNIOR CLIENT DATABASE OFFICER

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Client Database Officer to support the management and maintenance of client account database platforms within a banking environment. This role is essential to ensuring data quality, operational excellence, and the accurate execution of account lifecycle processes. You will work in a multicultural environment, collaborating with different stakeholders and contributing to a high‑quality service for clients and partners.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis

• Manage the opening, modification, and closing of cash, securities, and local client accounts across different markets.
• Support sensitive account setups, including foreign exchange configurations and fee‑related processes.
• Communicate with clients and service partners to ensure a high level of service and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and update operational support files used in daily activities.
• Perform controls and validations with a high degree of accuracy, rigor, and attention to detail.
