Axians Portugal is seeking a Junior Transfer Settlement Officer to support the end-to-end settlement of syndicated loan transactions in a dynamic financial services environment. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth trade execution and accurate documentation management.

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Interest in financial markets, banking operations, and syndicated loan products.
• Knowledge of interest calculation principles.
• Ability to understand legal terminology and syndicated loan contracts.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor new trades daily and update internal status.
• Obtain relevant buyer documents to onboard the investor and record it internally.
• Review the trade legal contract and propose a settlement date.
• Process the trade in the systems and connect with back-office to monitor payment.
• Manage Q&A with internal and external counterparties.
