Axians invites applications for a Junior Client Database Officer to support client account databases in a banking setting. You will help ensure data quality, drive operational excellence, and execute lifecycle processes with accuracy.

You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, manage account openings/closings, configure FX setups, and maintain critical files while delivering high-quality client service and attention to detail in a multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the opening, modification, and closing of cash, securities, and local client accounts across different markets.
• Support sensitive account setups, including foreign exchange configurations and fee-related processes.
• Communicate with clients and service partners to ensure a high level of service and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and update operational support files used in daily activities.
• Perform controls and validations with a high degree of accuracy, rigor, and attention to detail.

JUNIOR CLIENT DATABASE OFFICER

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Client Database Officer to support the management and maintenance of client account database platforms within a banking environment. This role is essential to ensuring data quality, operational excellence, and the accurate execution of account lifecycle processes. You will work in a multicultural environment, collaborating with different stakeholders and contributing to a high-quality service for clients and partners.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Manage the opening, modification, and closing of cash, securities, and local client accounts across different markets.
• Support sensitive account setups, including foreign exchange configurations and fee-related processes.
• Communicate with clients and service partners to ensure a high level of service and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and update operational support files used in daily activities.
• Perform controls and validations with a high degree of accuracy, rigor, and attention to detail.
