Job summary

Portugal Property Management (PMP) is seeking a Junior Business & Revenue Analyst to support market research, revenue forecasting, property performance analysis, and reporting. You will help the team uncover new opportunities, monitor performance, and identify ways to boost revenue across properties.

As you gain experience, you’ll engage with property owners to explain performance results and market trends, with potential growth toward an Owner Liaison role.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Interest in data analysis, forecasting, and business performance.
• Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Commercial curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends, assess potential new properties, and support revenue forecasts and commercial proposals.
• Monitor property performance, analyse key metrics, and support pricing strategies to improve revenue and occupancy.
• Prepare performance reports, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and gradually support communication with property owners.
• Help maintain accurate pricing and availability across distribution channels, working closely with Revenue Management, Business Development, Sales, and Property Management.
