Job summary

SmartRental Group in Porto is seeking a Senior Revenue Manager to lead the cluster strategy and maximize revenue across properties. You will analyze data, coordinate with multiple teams, and implement pricing strategies to drive profitability.

We value experience across hospitality segments, strong KPI knowledge (RevPAR, ADR, GOPPAR), and leadership to guide a growing, international team. Remote work is available two days per week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Revenue Management experience in hospitality (multi-property or cluster).
• Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Proficiency with KPIs RevPAR, ADR, RGI, GOPPAR and with PMS/CRS/OTAs.
• Advanced level MS Office.
• Portuguese native or C1/C2; English B2.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor revenue strategies for the assigned cluster.
• Analyze trends in sales, bookings, demand, and competition to identify opportunities and risks.
• Optimize pricing, inventory, restrictions, segmentation, and distribution.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Reservations and Finance.
• Lead and develop the cluster team to ensure high performance.
