Job summary

Portugal Property Management (PMP) is seeking a Junior Business & Revenue Analyst with strong analytical skills to support market research, revenue forecasting, and property performance reporting. You will help assess new opportunities, monitor performance, and eventually engage with property owners.

Prior revenue management experience is not required; a commercial mindset and willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and logical thinking.
• Interest in data analysis, forecasting, and business performance.
• Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Commercial curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• A proactive attitude, a sense of responsibility, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Business Development & Market Analysis: Research market trends, assess potential new properties, and support revenue forecasts and commercial proposals.
• Revenue Management & Performance: Monitor property performance, analyse key metrics, and support pricing strategies to improve revenue and occupancy.
• Owner Performance & Reporting: Prepare performance reports, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and gradually support communication with property owners.
• Distribution & Collaboration: Help maintain accurate pricing and availability across distribution channels, working closely with Revenue Management, Business Development, Sales, and Property Management.
