Job summary

MGM Muthu Hotels is seeking a Revenue Analyst to optimize revenue performance across Algarve properties. The role focuses on pricing, inventory control, and distribution strategy within our Portugal portfolio, reporting to the Group Commercial Head.

You will analyze revenue, profit and demand, contribute to forecasts and budgets, and provide insights to improve sales strategies and profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Revenue Management is an asset.
• Understanding of hotel revenue strategy and distribution.
• Proficiency with revenue management tools and systems such as PMS (Host).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels.

• Build rates, packages, and hotel sales strategy information in the inventory systems.
• Make pricing and positioning recommendations for market hotels.

MGM Muthu Hotels is looking for a proven Revenue Analyst who specializes in optimal revenue performance and distribution. The position is based in Algarve and will manage our Portugal properties, reporting to the Group Commercial Head.

Responsibilities

Manages Pricing and Inventory. Ensures Inventory is allocated and restricted properly to maximize revenue and profits for hotels in the market. Responsible for building rates, packages, and hotel sales strategy information in the hotel(s) inventory systems. The position makes pricing and positioning recommendations for market hotels. Conducts analysis of revenue, profit and demand associated with hotel rooms and space inventory. Position contributes to forecasts, budgets, weekly and daily projections. Position critiques sales strategy effectiveness and prepares historical and future analysis of revenue and profit opportunities.

Skills
