AVEC Human Resources Services is seeking a Junior O2C Specialist to join their team in Porto, Portugal. This role supports finance operations focusing on the French market, ideal for recent graduates or professionals looking to build a career in Order to Cash processes.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 6 months of experience in accounts receivable. Proficiency in French and advanced English is essential. A salary of €1,300 gross per month is offered, alongside a supportive international environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance.
• Professional proficiency in French (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Support Accounts Receivable / Order to Cash processes.
• Manage invoices, payments, and customer accounts.
• Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Provide customer-oriented financial support.

Conhecimentos

Professional proficiency in French

Advanced English (C1 level)

Experience in Accounts Receivable
