Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal invites a French and English-speaking Junior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist to join our finance team on-site. You will support accounts receivable and the O2C process, process financial transactions, and keep records accurate while contributing to timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in commerce, accounting, or finance, up to 6 months in AR/O2C, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables), and familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance is required.
• Up to 6 months experience in AR, O2C or Finance Operations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivots).
• Good French and English communication skills; ERP exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash processes.

Junior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist – French & English

Location: Porto, Portugal | Work Model: On-site, Start date:19/11/2026

I amlooking for a French and English-speaking Junior O2C Specialist to support finance operations, particularly in Accounts Receivable and the Order-to-Cash process. The role involves assisting with financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting activities, and contributing to efficient accounting operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance Operations.
• Good knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is an advantage.
• Good French and English communication skills.

Offer:

• Permanent contract after a 3-month trial period.
• Shared accommodation for up to 12 months for eligible candidates relocating from outside Portugal (flight tickets not included).
• Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
