Wise Insight in Porto is hiring a Junior O2C Specialist to process order-to-cash activities in French and English. You will support accounts receivable, maintain accurate ERP records, and collaborate with finance to ensure smooth reconciliation, all while leveraging MS Excel skills.

The role is on-site in Porto with relocation support and a permanent contract after a 3-month trial. A daily food allowance is provided and candidates relocating from abroad are offered shared accommodation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance operations.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (v-lookups and pivot tables).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
• Native-level or fluent French; advanced English (C1).
• Customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.

Gross Salary: €1,428 gross per month

Junior O2C Specialist is an excellent opportunity forprofessionals with a background in finance or accounting to contribute to Order-to-Cashoperations in a dynamic environment, utilizing both French and English language skills.

Requirements

• - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• - Minimum of 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance operations.
• - Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• - Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel (including v-lookups and pivot tables).
• - Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
• -Native-level or fluent French (spoken and written).
• - Advanced English proficiency (C1 Level).
• - Customer service orientation.
• - Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

Additional Information

• - The position offers a permanent contract after a 3-month trial period.
• - Food allowance of 7.63€ per working day is provided.
• - For candidates relocating from outside of Portugal, shared accommodation is provided forup to 12 months (details to be discussed during the interview).
• - Flight tickets are not covered.
