Job summary

Business Intelligence Sales Consultants seeks a Junior O2C Specialist (French + English) to join the Finance Operations team in Porto, on-site, for a permanent role following a 3-month trial.

You will support end-to-end Order-to-Cash for French-speaking markets, focusing on billing, collections, and reconciliations, with opportunities to grow in global O2C operations and cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 6 months experience in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance Operations.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Experience with ERP systems SAP, Oracle or NetSuite.
• Fluent French and advanced English (C1).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and multitasking.
• Strong customer service orientation with proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Process orders via email or inquiry channels accurately and timely.
• Generate invoices, credit notes, and documentation per policy.
• Maintain accurate customer master data in the ERP.
• Apply cash and monitor AR aging, follow up on overdue invoices.
• Resolve simple queries and escalate complex disputes.
• Assist in reconciliations and month/quarter-end closing.
• Support audits with required documentation.
