Job summary

CloserHire is hiring a French-speaking Junior O2C Specialist to join the Order-to-Cash team in Porto, Portugal. You will manage orders, invoicing, AR follow-ups, and balance reconciliations in a global context.

The role includes relocation support, including accommodation and flight reimbursements, with a 40-hour work week and standard Portuguese benefits. English and French proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong customer service focus.
• Fluent in French (C1) and good communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly via email and inquiries.
• Generate invoices and credit notes ensuring policy compliance.
• Perform daily cash applications for customer payments and monitor AR aging.
• Assist in reconciliations, month-end and quarter-end closing, and audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer master data in the ERP system.
