LUZA Group seeks a Network Field Engineer to diagnose and resolve TCP/IP networking issues, configure and patch equipment, and provide on-site support at client sites in Tramagal. You will collaborate with international teams and ensure reliable network performance while maintaining clear English communication.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience, strong networking skills, and willingness to travel for on-site interventions; knowledge of Microsoft Azure is a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience as a Network Field Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience performing network configuration and patching tasks.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is a plus.
• Willingness to perform on-site interventions in Tramagal.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, identifying and resolving TCP/IP and networking problems.
• Configure, install, patch and maintain network equipment per remote team instructions.
• Deliver on-site technical support at the client's location in Tramagal.
• Collaborate with local and international teams, communicating in English.
• Support network infrastructure operations and projects to maintain service availability and performance.
