LUZA Group seeks a Network Field Engineer to diagnose and resolve TCP/IP networking issues, configure and patch equipment, and provide on-site support at client sites in Tramagal. You will collaborate with international teams and ensure reliable network performance while maintaining clear English communication.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience, strong networking skills, and willingness to travel for on-site interventions; knowledge of Microsoft Azure is a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience as a Network Field Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience performing network configuration and patching tasks.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is a plus.
• Willingness to perform on-site interventions in Tramagal.

Responsabilidades

Who You Are:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Network Field Engineer or in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, networking, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience performing network configuration and patching activities.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and instructions provided by remote teams.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is considered a plus.
• Available for on-site interventions in Tramagal.
• Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills.
