Air Liquide ALEBS is seeking a Business & Data Integration Analyst (HR Analytics) to connect HR strategy with data solutions across a global team. You will help design scalable data architectures, ensure secure data flows, and empower stakeholders with self-service analytics.

The role requires 3–5 years in Business Analysis or Data Analytics, strong SQL skills, and experience with Power BI. A global, collaborative environment awaits with opportunities to shape HR insights.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Business Analysis or Data Analytics, ideally within HR or global corporate environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL for querying, transforming, and extracting value from complex datasets.
• Practical knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics and flexible data manipulation.
• Solid practical expertise with Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX, and workspace setup).
• Good familiarity with Data Governance principles and analytical best practices.
• Experience in metadata management, data lineage mapping, and updating shared data dictionaries.
• Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in English and a talent for connecting with diverse international stakeholders.
• Nice to Have: Experience with Workday platform and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of dimensional data modelling concepts (e.g., star schema design).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and management tools (e.g., Jira).

Responsabilidades

• Understand HR partners' objectives and co-create effective technical solutions.
• Co-design robust data pipelines with data engineering and IT teams.
• Guide cross-system integrations to ensure smooth data flows across HR tools.
• Monitor Power BI workspace engagement and report efficiency.
• Promote data governance, clean report design, and intuitive workspace structures.
• Create guides and run workshops to enable self-service analytics.
• Contribute to the HR analytics roadmap aligned with organisational goals.
• Champion data privacy, row-level security, and GDPR compliance.
• Map data lineage and maintain a central HR Data Dictionary.
