Qualificações

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, data analytics, or technical operations.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Proven ability to build visual dashboards using Power BI.
• Scripting skills in Python or R preferred.
• Commitment to data governance, security and privacy.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge HR business teams with central IT, gathering requirements and validating data models.
• Design, build and optimize Power BI dashboards and monitor usage metrics.
• Train users and produce clear documentation to support operations and roadmap prioritization.
• Ensure data lineage and privacy across HR analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with Workday integrations and data pipelines across the data lake.
