Quadrante is seeking a Junior Civil Engineer – Industrial Roads (Energy Business Unit) to join our Porto team and contribute to high-impact building projects.

You will work on industrial access roads, earthworks, drainage and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, focusing on technical quality, deadlines and budgets. The role offers international exposure, flexible working, health insurance and continuous learning within a values-driven culture.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in designing industrial access roads and platforms for substations and infrastructure.
• Assist earthworks, drainage design and geometric road layouts with attention to standards.

• Coordinate contractors and suppliers during design and construction to meet deadlines and budgets.

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Junior Civil Engineer – Industrial Roads (Energy Business Unit) to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex and high-impact building projects.

Location: Porto | Contract type: Full-time | Seniority level: Junior

Job Responsibilities – What you will build:

In this role, you will contribute directly to shaping our future and creating tangible impact.

You will:

• Participate in the design and development of industrial access roads and platforms associated with substations, energy facilities and other infrastructure projects
• Contribute to earthworks design, drainage systems and geometric road layouts, ensuring technical quality and compliance with applicable standards
• Support the preparation of technical drawings, design reports and project specifications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate civil works with electrical and structural engineering solutions
• Assist in coordinating contractors and suppliers during design and construction phases, ensuring deliverables meet established deadlines, budgets and quality requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the energy sector or related fields, with fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are valued
• Interest in the development of earthworks, drainage design and geometric design of access roads
• Experience with software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and the ability to adapt, combined with a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy
• Focus on technical excellence, attention to detail, and strong analytical, critical and problem-solving skills
