Qualificações

• Diploma de ensino superior em Engenharia Civil com autorizaor ao Exercedcio da Profisse3o
• Experieancia comprovada no desenvolvimento de projetos de Estradas e Ferrovias (Mednimo de 10 anos)
• Conhecimentos de AutoCAD e software especializados para ce1lculos; experiancia com BIM e9 valorizada
• Flueancia em Inglaves (leitura/escrita)
• Pensamento estrate9gico e analedtico
• Geste3o de partes interessadas e colabora5e3o
• Curiosidade para desafiar conven7f5es e explorar possibilidades

Responsabilidades

• Liderar o desenvolvimento de projetos de Estradas e Ferrovias
• Assegurar o cumprimento de prazos do projeto
• Realizar e validar ce1lculos de estradas e ferrovias, incluindo drenagem e desenho geome9trico
• Garantir conformidade com regulae7f5es nacionais e internacionais
• Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares para desenhar solue7f5es otimizadas
• Preparar relatf3rios te9cnicos, resumos de projetos, BoQ e especifica7f5es de design
• Apoiar e orientar equipas de projeto, com mentoring a engenheiros jfaniores
• Promover inova5es e melhoria contednua, actualizando-se com avancou e propostas de melhoria

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Senior Civil Engineer - Roads and Railways to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex and high-impact building projects.

Location: Alfragide | Contract type: Permanent | Seniority level: Junior

Job Responsibilities – What you will build:

In this role, you will contribute directly to shaping our future and creating tangible impact.

You will:

• Lead the development of Roads and Railways projects
• Ensure compliance with project deadlines
• Perform and validate Roads and Railways calculations, including geometric design, earthworks and drainage, using specialized softwares
• Ensure project compliance with national and international regulations, as well as sector-specific requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design optimized solutions
• Prepare technical reports, project summaries, BoQ's and design specifications
• Support and guide project teams, providing mentoring to junior engineers and ensuring technical alignment within the team and across disciplines
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement, keeping up to date with technological advancements and proposing enhancements to design methods, internal processes, and project tools

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in the development of Roads and Railways projects (Minimum of 10 years)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and specialized software for roads and railways calculations; knowledge of BIM solutions for roads and railways will be valued
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Curiosity to challenge conventions and explore new possibilities
