A Quadrante procura um Engenheiro Civil júnior para se juntar à equipa de Infraestruturas em Alfragide. O profissional irá desenvolver projetos rodoviários e ferroviários, assegurando cumprimento de prazos e qualidade técnica.

É necessário mestrado em Engenharia Civil, 1–3 anos de experiência relevante, e fluência em inglês. Oferecemos ambiente internacional, formação contínua e oportunidades de crescimento.

Qualificações

• Mestrado em Engenharia Civil.
• Experiência de 1–3 anos no desenvolvimento de projetos Rodoviais e Ferroviários.
• Competência no MS Office, AutoCAD e software especializado para cálculos de rodovias/ferrovias; conhecimentos de BIM são valorizados.
• Fluência em Inglês, escrita e fala.
• Pensamento estratégico e analítico.
• Gestão de stakeholders e colaboração com equipas multidisciplinares.

Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver projetos de Rodas e Ferrovias.
• Assegurar o cumprimento de prazos do projeto.
• Realizar cálculos de rodovias e ferrovias (geométrica, terraplenagem, drenagem) com software especializado.
• Garantir conformidade com regulamentos nacionais e internacionais.
• Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares para soluções otimizadas.
• Preparar relatórios técnicos, resumos de projeto, BoQ e especificações de projeto.

Job Responsibilities – What you will build

In this role, you will contribute directly to shaping our future and creating tangible impact. You will:

• Develop Roads and Railways projects
• Ensure compliance with project deadlines
• Perform Roads and Railways calculations, including geometric design, earthworks and drainage, using specialized softwares
• Ensure project compliance with national and international regulations, as well as sector-specific requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design optimized solutions
• Prepare technical reports, project summaries, BoQ’s and design specifications

• Master’s degree in civil engineering
• Proven experience in the development of Roads and Railways projects (1-3 years)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and specialized software for roads and railways calculations; knowledge of BIM solutions for roads and railways will be valued

• Strategic and analytical thinking
