A Quadrante procura um Trainee Civil Engineer – Urban Infrastructures para se juntar à equipa em Alfragide. A posição é permanente, com senioridade Júnior, oferecendo ambientes de trabalho flexível e exposição internacional.

Você contribuirá para o desenho de infraestruturas urbanas, incluindo vias, água e redes, apoiando o desenvolvimento de soluções técnicas com foco em prazos e qualidade, num contexto multidisciplinar.

Qualificações

• Diploma em Engenharia Civil ou equivalente.
• Conhecimentos de Microsoft Office; Civil 3D valorizado.
• Boa capacidade de trabalho e adaptabilidade a diferentes tipos de projeto.
• Boas competências de comunicação e espírito de equipa.

Responsabilidades

• Contribuir para o desenho de soluções de Infraestruturas Urbanas em múltiplos projetos.
• Colaborar na otimização de soluções considerando aspetos técnicos, económicos e ambientais.
• Assegurar o cumprimento de prazos partilhando tarefas de forma eficaz.
• Desenvolver ferramentas e metodologias de trabalho para melhoria contínua.
• Manter-se atualizado sobre tendências e novas soluções da área.

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Trainee Civil Engineer – Urban Infrastructures to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex and high-impact building projects.

Location: Alfragide | Contract type: Permanent | Seniority level: Junior

Job Responsibilities – What you will build:

In this role, you will contribute directly to shaping our future and creating tangible impact.

You will:

• Support the design of Urban Infrastructure technical solutions across a diverse range of projects, including tourism, residential, commercial, logistics and transport developments. The role involves different design stages and disciplines, including roads (alignment, earthworks, pavement, signage and road safety), water supply, drainage, utilities and other external infrastructure, in accordance with applicable regulations and senior team guidelines


• Collaborate in optimizing solutions, considering technical, economic and environmental aspects


• Contribute to meeting project deadlines by ensuring effective management of assigned tasks


• Support the development of tools and work methodologies that enhance continuous improvement, productivity and overall results


• Stay informed and continuously learn about trends, best practices, new solutions and technological developments relevant to the field

• Degree in Civil Engineering


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  knowledge of Civil 3D will be valued but is not mandatory
