Closer Consulting is seeking a Junior DevOps/ELK Engineer to join our data science-focused team in Portugal. You will work on logging, monitoring, and observability tasks across diverse client projects from a remote setting.

Ideal candidates hold a computer science or engineering degree and have up to two years of hands-on IT experience, with English at C1 level. A home office setup is provided to support remote work and ongoing professional growth.

Qualificações

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 0–2 years hands-on IT experience or familiarity with logging and monitoring.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery and ITIL/incident management is a plus.
• Understanding of observability concepts: logs, metrics, traces, golden signals.

Are you the one?

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable technical field, or equivalent initial experience.
• 0–2 years of hands-on experience or familiarity with IT environments, logging, and monitoring concepts.
• Basic understanding of Agile delivery principles and ITIL/incident management processes is a plus.
• Understanding of core Observability concepts (logs, metrics, traces, golden signals)
• Foundational knowledge of operating systems: Linux and/or Windows basic commands, File systems and Core metrics.
• Professional English C1 level
