A leading data science firm in Portugal is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to manage data engineering assignments and develop ETL processes. The candidate should have advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience in CI/CD toolchains. A collaborative spirit and fluency in English and French are essential. We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer ready to take on new challenges with our Closer team!

Are you the one?

• Mastery in SQL and Python development.
• Experienced with Starburst, Trino and Airflow at an advanced level.
• Knowledge of CI/CD toolchains, including principles, tools, and automated testing, is required.
• Understand cloud concepts, including containerization, Object Storage (COS), and exchange protocols such as S3.
• At least one significant ETL/ELT project experience.
• Experience in KSH development.
• Basic knowledge of security rules and protocols.
• Familiarity with exchange file protocols (CFT).
• Understanding of distributed architectures (plus).
• Experience in a Linux environment.
• Fluent in English and French.
