Join a fast-paced, impact-driven project for one of our clients in the financial sector, focused on transforming Finance operations through smart automation. As a Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with accounting control teams to streamline manual processes, implement efficient tools, and help embed a culture of automation and continuous improvement. If you're tech-savvy, analytical, and eager to deliver tangible value — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing finance and accounting control processes to identify automation opportunities
• Design and implement automation tools using Excel, Power Query, Python, and data preparation platforms
• Collaborate with end users to ensure the solution fits operational needs and improves daily workflows
• Test and validate tools with stakeholders, ensuring adoption and proper documentation of business rules
• Deliver working prototypes and support their transition to long-term IT-managed solutions
• Coach teams on using tools efficiently and integrating them into daily activities

Tools & Tech:

• Excel (advanced functions and automation)
• Power Query / Power BI
• Python (or similar scripting language)
• Data preparation tools: Alteryx, Knime, Dataiku (at least one)
• RPA tools (Blue Prism, UIPath – nice to have)

Languages:

• Portuguese – Professional (nice to have)
• French – Bonus

Profile:

• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on development capabilities
• Experience in business/process analysis and automation implementation
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Knowledge of reconciliation, reporting, and capital markets products is a plus
• Strong communication skills and user-oriented approach
