Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments.
• Basic knowledge of batch scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M).
• Scripting basics in Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Oracle databases and SQL fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and error debugging.
• Familiarity with Power BI for data insights.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• DevOps mindset with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for business-critical applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Monitor systems, identify issues, and perform troubleshooting and error resolution.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents.
• Execute and monitor batch processes and scheduling tools.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
