Axians Portugal is seeking a Junior ALM Treasury Analyst to support treasury operations and monitoring across several European locations. You will ensure operational accuracy, maintain control and reporting frameworks, and contribute to production processes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders on new products, system implementations, and process improvements, while developing skills through training, certifications, and a structured career path with competitive compensation and health

Qualificações

• Experience in treasury, operations, finance, or similar business environments.
• Understanding of operational processes and monitoring activities.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
• Strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

JUNIOR ALM TREASURY ANALYST

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Junior ALM Treasury Analyst to support treasury operations and monitoring activities across several European locations. This professional will be responsible for ensuring operational accuracy, maintaining control and reporting frameworks, supporting production processes, and contributing to projects related to process improvements, system implementations, and business activities.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis

• Ensure all treasury deals are correctly interfaced across systems and manage events related to the trade lifecycle.
• Apply operational controls and reporting procedures to minimize operational and fraud risks.
• Maintain processes up to date and provide production support activities.
• Collaborate regularly with different stakeholders to ensure smooth operational performance.
• Support projects involving new products, business activities, workflows, system enhancements, and process improvements.

Your Key Skills

• Knowledge of operational processes and controls.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Good communication and results-oriented mindset.

Your Main Qualifications
