Axians Portugal is seeking a Junior Digital Advisory Officer (Analyst) to support digital transformation and AI-driven initiatives within a regulated banking environment. You will help with governance, regulatory reviews, and continuous improvement of digital processes and controls.

Collaborating with senior stakeholders, you will manage internal documentation, reporting insights, and risk controls, while developing expertise in digital and regulatory domains. Fluent English is required.

Qualificações

• Degree in law, economics, finance, business management or related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in consulting, banking, compliance, digital projects or similar environments.
• Exposure to regulatory, digital transformation, or governance environments is advantageous.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Support the governance, regulatory reviews and AI-related initiatives.
• Assist with governance documentation, registers and databases.
• Analyze policies and internal governance processes.
• Collaborate with BI teams to prepare reporting insights.
• Contribute to risk and control framework improvements through documentation.
• Respond to stakeholder queries regarding governance, approvals, and documentation.
• Create internal communications, training materials, guidelines, and awareness content on digital and AI topics.
• Participate in audits, control activities, and data quality checks.

JUNIOR DIGITAL ADVISORY OFFICER

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Junior Digital Advisory Officer (Analyst) to support digital transformation and AI-driven initiatives within a highly regulated banking environment. In this role, you will contribute to the implementation and governance of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will support governance activities, regulatory reviews, AI-related initiatives, and the continuous enhancement of digital processes and controls.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis

• Support the implementation and governance of digital and AI-driven tools, while monitoring developments in AI-related regulations and frameworks.
• Contribute to regulatory and compliance assessments of digital platforms and transformation initiatives.
• Respond to stakeholder queries regarding governance processes, approvals, and related documentation.
• Maintain and improve governance documentation, internal registers, and operational databases.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to analyse data and prepare reporting insights.
• Participate in control activities, audits, reviews, and data quality checks to ensure compliance and system integrity.
• Support the creation of internal communications, training materials, guidelines, and awareness content on digital and AI topics.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk and control frameworks through documentation and feedback analysis.

Your Key Skills

• Strong interest in digital banking, fintech, artificial intelligence, and regulatory topics.
• Ability to analyse and interpret policies, regulations, and internal governance processes.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and productivity tools, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Copilot, and other digital solutions.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills within cross-functional environments.

Your Main Qualifications
