Axians is seeking a Junior Securities Trade Support Analyst in Lisbon to assist in processing and validating securities transactions across asset classes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. You will support sales teams, monitor trades, and resolve settlement issues with a client-focused mindset.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, onboarding, reference data maintenance, and documentation validation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of business operations and operational processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support to Sales and Trading teams, ensuring accurate trade booking and process integrity across multiple asset classes.
• Validate, allocate, and monitor trades, ensuring timely and accurate processing through back-office systems.
• Manage trade matching and confirmation activities, resolving discrepancies and settlement issues efficiently.
• Perform reconciliations and exception management activities to ensure trade accuracy and reduce operational risk.
• Support client lifecycle processes, including onboarding, reference data maintenance, and documentation validation.
• Manage collateral activities, including posting and withdrawals.
• Process high volumes of transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve trade-related issues and support smooth settlement processes.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in operational reviews and support the development of scalable and effective processes.

JUNIOR SECURITIES TRADE SUPPORT ANALYST

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Junior Securities Trade Support Analyst to support the processing and validation of securities transactions across multiple asset classes, including bonds, equities, repos, securities lending and borrowing, and loan trading. In this role, you will contribute to the accuracy and integrity of front-to-back trade workflows, ensuring efficient transaction processing, risk mitigation, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Provide operational support to Sales and Trading teams, ensuring accurate trade booking and process integrity across multiple asset classes.
