Ivy Partners is seeking a JIRA Consultant to assess current usage across teams, standardise practices, and harmonise workflows and boards. The role focuses on dashboards, reporting, data quality, and adoption of defined processes to support project governance.

The candidate will collaborate with PMOs, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver pragmatic improvements and scalable JIRA solutions across delivery teams.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience using JIRA in project or delivery environments.
• Experience standardising JIRA usage across multiple teams or projects.
• Understanding of JIRA workflows, boards, issue types, fields, filters, dashboards and reporting.
• Ability to analyse existing practices and translate them into clear, consistent processes.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports for project monitoring and decision-making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Pragmatic, organised and focused on adoption and execution.
• Ability to introduce structure in environments with varied team practices.
• Experience with Agile delivery, portfolio management or project governance is valued.
• Knowledge of Confluence and JIRA automation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assess how different teams currently use JIRA and identify gaps, inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.
• Define and standardise JIRA practices across projects and teams.
• Harmonise workflows, issue types, fields, statuses, boards and naming conventions.
• Ensure teams follow the agreed processes and use JIRA consistently.
• Create and improve dashboards, reports and project-tracking mechanisms.
• Monitor data quality and ensure that information in JIRA is accurate and up to date.
• Support project teams in structuring backlogs, boards, sprints and delivery tracking.
• Document JIRA processes, standards and best practices.
• Provide guidance and training to users, encouraging adoption of the defined practices.
• Work closely with the PMO, project managers and key stakeholders to understand reporting and governance needs.
• Recommend pragmatic improvements without introducing unnecessary complexity.
• Support the continuous improvement of project governance and reporting.
