Ivy Partners, a Swiss consulting firm, is seeking a Project Analyst/PM Analyst to standardize project management via JIRA, optimize workflows, and support sprint ceremonies across France. The role emphasizes execution, organization, and governance across projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on JIRA experience, strong monitoring skills, and the ability to operate in unstructured environments while introducing pragmatic discipline.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Project Analyst, PM Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA.
• Strong organization and monitoring skills.
• Ability to thrive in unstructured environments and introduce discipline pragmatically.
• Experience with French organizations and/or French language skills is a plus.
• Knowledge in Data context, especially Snowflake, Synapse, or data ingestion is valuable.

• Structuring and standardizing project management using JIRA.

• You have robust hands‑on experience with JIRA.
• You are highly execution‑focused and skilled in organization and monitoring.

• You possess strong soft skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
• Experience in corporate environments or large organizations is appreciated.
• Experience with French organizations and/or French language skills is a plus.
• Knowledge in Data context, especially familiarity with concepts like Snowflake, Synapse, or data ingestion, is valuable.
