Ivy Partners, a Swiss consulting firm operating in Portugal, seeks a Project Analyst/PM Analyst to standardize project management using JIRA, optimize workflows, and support sprint planning and reporting. You will collaborate with the PMO and project teams in France to ensure consistency and visibility across initiatives.

The ideal candidate thrives in unstructured environments, is highly execution-focused, and brings strong organizational and stakeholder interaction skills.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Project Analyst, PM Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA.
• Highly execution-focused with strong organization and monitoring skills.
• Thrive in unstructured environments and introduce discipline pragmatically.
• Strong soft skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
• Experience in corporate environments or large organizations is appreciated.
• Experience with French organizations and/or French language skills is a plus.
• Knowledge in Data context, especially familiarity with concepts like Snowflake, Synapse, or data ingestion, is valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Structuring and standardizing project management using JIRA.
• Creating and optimizing workflows, boards, and tracking processes.
• Supporting the organization of sprints, retrospectives, and other project routines.
• Automating reporting and monitoring mechanisms.
• Monitoring progress, dependencies, actions, and follow-ups.
• Ensuring consistency in the use of defined tools and processes.
• Collaborating with the PMO, project teams, and stakeholders in France.
• Progressively supporting portfolio tracking and governance activities.
