Ivy Partners, a Swiss consulting firm with a European footprint, seeks a Project Analyst/PM Analyst in Portugal to structure project management using JIRA and to engineer workflows across teams. You will work closely with PMO and project teams, including stakeholders in France, to standardize processes, monitor progress, and automate reporting, enabling disciplined governance.

• Progressively supporting portfolio tracking and governance activities.

About You

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have experience as a Project Analyst, PM Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• You have robust hands‑on experience with JIRA.
• You are highly execution-focused and skilled in organization and monitoring.
• You can thrive in unstructured environments and introduce discipline pragmatically.
• You possess strong soft skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
• Experience in corporate environments or large organizations is appreciated.
• Experience with French organizations and/or French language skills is a plus.
• Knowledge in Data context, especially familiarity with concepts like Snowflake, Synapse, or data ingestion, is valuable.
