• Experience as a Project Analyst, PM Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and workflows.
• Strong organizational and monitoring abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Structure and standardize project management using JIRA.
• Create and optimize workflows, boards, and tracking processes.
• Support organization of sprints, retrospectives, and other routines.
• Automate reporting and monitoring mechanisms.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, actions, and follow-ups.
• Ensure consistency in defined tools and processes.
• Collaborate with PMO, project teams, and stakeholders in France.
• Progressively support portfolio tracking and governance activities.
