Quion, a leading mortgage servicing provider, is expanding its international IT Operations team in Porto and seeks a Jira Specialist to own the Jira Software and Jira Service Management environments. You will optimize workflows, governance, and ITIL-aligned processes to support efficient incident handling and reporting.

In this hands-on role, you will collaborate with colleagues in Capelle aan den IJssel, deliver data-driven insights via Power BI, and train users on best practices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Management, or equivalent.
• ITIL Foundation certification with a solid understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
• 3+ years of experience administering Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
• Hands-on Jira configuration, automation, reporting and dashboarding.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable solutions and actionable insights.
• Knowledge of CMDB management, data quality, Power BI, and ITSM data analysis.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, visualization, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of data quality principles and ITSM/CMDB data integrity.
• Strong English skills with a minimum B2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, secure, govern, and enhance Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
• Design and optimize workflows, automations, reporting, and ITIL-based processes.
• Maintain CMDB integrity, data quality, and Configuration Item lifecycle governance.
• Deliver insights through Power BI, KPI reporting, dashboards, and operational analytics.
• Manage integrations between Jira/JSM, CMDB, Power BI, and other enterprise platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and improve efficiency through automation and standardization.
• Provide user training, documentation, and best-practice support.
