Air Apps in Lisbon is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations across teams, coordinating tasks, tracking initiatives, and maintaining momentum on multiple workstreams. The role requires exceptional Jira skills and strong communication.

You will report to the CEO, collaborate with cross-functional teams in person at our Lisbon office, and relocation support is available to help you join our fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support.
• Expert-level proficiency in Jira – including dashboards, automations, custom fields, filters, and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across different teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented mindset with a team-first attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational tasks.
• Support project execution by updating and managing task tracking systems – particularly Jira – with a high level of precision.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, task closures, and status updates.
• Organize and maintain documentation, dashboards, and workflows.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Flag potential blockers or delays and communicate proactively to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations or improve coordination processes.
