Air Apps in Lisbon is seeking an Operations Coordinator to drive day-to-day execution, coordinate tasks, track initiatives, and maintain momentum across workstreams. You will report to the CEO and rely on superb Jira skills and clear communication.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support.
• Excellent Jira expertise, including dashboards, automations, filters and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational tasks across teams.
• Support project execution by updating task tracking systems with Jira precision.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, task closures, and status updates.
• Organize and maintain documentation, dashboards, and workflows.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Flag blockers and communicate proactively to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and coordination.
