KLx, the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A., seeks an Atlassian/Jira Expert to join a DevOps environment. You will design, develop, govern and document Jira-based solutions while ensuring alignment with project objectives and commitments.

You will own requirements, translate them into Jira solutions, and contribute to governance meetings, workshops, and migrations. Fluent English and French (B2) are expected along with solid Jira admin experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, CS, or Software Engineering.
• Proven Jira administration or Atlassian ecosystem experience.
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain Jira workflows and configurations.
• Clear technical- functional documentation of processes and configurations.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating stakeholders.

About Responsibilities

We are looking for an Atlassian/Jira Expert to join a DevOps environment and contribute to the design, development, governance and documentation of Jira-based solutions.

Mission:

You will be responsible for understanding business, application and technical needs, translating them into suitable Jira solutions, and ensuring that deliverables are aligned with objectives, scope and commitments.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Understand and take ownership of requirements to address them appropriately.
• Support project teams in defining needs and translating them into suitable Jira solutions.
• Ensure alignment of work with objectives, scope and commitments.
• Develop business, application and technical requirements.
• Attend project governance meetings, including the extended Weekly Core Team, Jira Core Team Synchronisation and Instance Governance Committee.
• Participate in key workshops linked to related initiatives, including the handover of the Atlassian organisation by CA-GIP and Weekly Atlassian sessions.
• Contribute to migration or takeover of existing environments.
• Contribute to design, governance and user/admin documentation deliverables.
• Ensure the quality, completeness and consistency of deliverables.

Who You Are

About you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Jira administration, Atlassian ecosystem management, or similar tooling roles.
• Strong ability to design, implement, and maintain Jira workflows, configurations, and permission schemes.
• Solid understanding of tool architecture, integrations, and data migration between Jira instances or third‑party systems.
• Capacity to produce clear technical‑functional documentation for implemented processes and configurations.
• Experience leading projects, running Proof‑of‑Concepts, and coordinating technical and functional stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare materials and facilitate onboarding, ideation, and adoption workshops.
• Rigorous, proactive, and comfortable raising alerts, reporting progress, and communicating with clarity.
• Fluent in French (B2) and English (B1).
