JYSK is seeking a Java Team Leader to guide a backend team in a move to event-driven, microservice architecture. You will align Java solutions with architecture, drive planning, and secure delivery across prioritized projects.

You will collaborate with architects and stakeholders to shape the platform and support store cash registers. Must have 8+ years Java, 5+ years Spring Boot, SQL experience, and strong stakeholder management.

Formación

• 8+ years of software development experience with Java.
• 5+ years of experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL and data modeling.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team working on core backend services that generate billions in revenue.
• Develop the JYSK architecture in collaboration with architects and stakeholders.
• Drive delivery planning and track project milestones.
• Mentor and develop team members' leadership skills.
