KCS IT, founded in Lisbon, is seeking an Amazing Java Backend Developer for a hybrid role in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of proven backend experience, strong Java knowledge (8+), Spring Boot, and expertise with RESTful APIs, databases, and CI/CD tools.

Fluency in English and French is required, and familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms is a plus. You will contribute to projects for diverse clients, with opportunities for international collaboration and

Qualificações

• Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Java (Java 8 or higher).
• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot frameworks (Maven or Hibernate).
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and service integration.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
• Fluent English and French (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Understanding of microservices-based architectures.
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes.
• Experience with Clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure).
