We’re hiring Java Developers (Senior & Lead) to join a dynamic team where collaboration, autonomy, and technical excellence are at the core!

Work setup: Hybrid in Lisbon (Mandatory)

Must be living in Portugal (Mandatory)

Solid experience in Java (Java 8 or higher)

Strong knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot

Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL)

Proficiency in JPA and Hibernate

Understanding of application architecture (Microservices, Hexagonal, etc.)

English level B2 or higher

You should have a role model mindset, experience onboarding junior team members, and be comfortable providing technical support to the team.

Experience with Java frontend (Angular or other UI frameworks)

Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms

Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills

Passion for learning and continuous growth

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
