iTRTech Group is seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer for a Hybrid Lisbon position. The role focuses on building modern Java applications using microservices, with collaboration across business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams in a Portuguese environment.

You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, adopting Agile practices, Clean Code, and comprehensive technical documentation in English to deliver scalable backend solutions.

Qualificações

• 5-6 years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java (8+) and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and developing microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of GitFlow or similar branching strategies.
• Strong understanding of Clean Code principles and documentation.

Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days per week on-site

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
