Hexa Consulting in Lisbon is seeking a Java Backend Developer to join our hybrid team. You will design and maintain microservices with Spring Boot, build scalable backend services, and collaborate with international teams.

The role requires strong English and offers a base salary with a total package of up to 50k/year.

Qualificações

• Solid knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices.
• Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus).
• Advanced level of English (mandatory).

We’re looking for a Java Backend Developer to join our team in Lisbon!

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in microservices environments using Spring Boot, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance systems.

Global salary package:

Base salary: 14k–36k/year, plus extra components and benefits, reaching a total salary package of up to 50k/year.

The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate’s profile and position requirements.
