Job summary

Speakit seeks a Technical Support Advisor to join a multicultural team in Portugal, delivering exceptional customer support in Italian and English. You will assist viewers with account and software inquiries, provide technical help, and troubleshoot configurations to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• High level of Italian (written and oral) and fluent English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Assist viewers by phone and/or chat with queries.
• Provide account and application support regarding software functionality.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings.
• Provide accurate and real-time responses to viewers’ inquiries.
