Qualifications

• Diploma (12th grade or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in travel or hospitality.
• Fluent Italian and proficient English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian and English.
• Assist business travelers with booking, modification, and cancellation of travel arrangements.
• Provide accurate information about travel services, destinations and policies.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently; escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and effective issue resolution.
• Collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements.
