CBTalents is hiring an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a remote role based in Portugal. You will provide support in Italian and English, troubleshoot technical inquiries, and document cases to ensure a positive customer experience.

Relocation support is available for eligible candidates. Candidates must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate; remote work is offered with a competitive salary and relocation assistance.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Tech-savvy with ability to handle technical inquiries.
• Strong communication skills and excellent written/verbal communication.

• Previous customer service experience preferred; sales experience a plus.
