WW Talents in Athens, Greece, on site, seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team. The role includes full relocation support, paid training, and a competitive package.

Schedule is 5 days per week, 8 hours per day with rotating shifts. Compensation: €1,100 gross/month in 14 salaries plus a performance bonus up to 15% and full relocation package.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2+ level for training and internal communication.
• No previous experience required; full paid training is provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
