WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international, fully remote team in Greece. The role offers paid training and a competitive package with 14 monthly salaries of €1,050 gross each, plus a performance bonus up to 10%.

You will handle inquiries in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+), assist with platform questions, and ensure high customer satisfaction while working flexible, rotational shifts. Relocation support is provided for EU candidates.

Job Details

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece
Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Relocation Support

Your Responsibilities

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
