Salary:salarypackage 1,000 euro gross p/m (paid 14 x p/a) plusfixed bonus 50 euro p/m (paid 11x p/a)plus 7.63 EUR net per working day on food vouchers

Working hrs:40 hrs p/week rotational betweenMonday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 19:00

The Role

You will help business customers troubleshoot advertising products, resolve technical queries and understand product features. Support is provided through email and chat, with a focus on accurate solutions, clear communication and a positive customer experience.
