Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a customer support specialist to help clients using digital advertising tools. You will troubleshoot campaign questions, explain platform features, and deliver a professional, customer-focused experience.

Fluency in Italian and English is required, with experience in paid campaign management and a marketing degree. On-site role with rotational shifts from 07:00 to 19:00, with two days off.
